Welp.

Turns out I was a little less ready than I thought. Going to hit the gym today through Thursday and have my real initial weigh-in Saturday. I'm down but not out...I'll be back in a few days.

Honestly, what happened is I had friends in town, went to bed late, and didn't get up for my meeting. I didn't even weigh myself in at home. I think if I continue on how I've been doing this week I won't gain when I go in this Saturday, but still. That's two weeks I could've been losing.

Bleh I know, I know. I preach the "80% of weight loss is diet!" mantra but then stuff my face and get upset at myself. So dumb. It really makes no sense. And yes, I have the water-retention thing too, which is why I never work out on Friday nights, aka the night before weigh-in, lol.

You're right. You guys are so right, and so wonderful. Thank you.
