So I gained a little bit this week, but I definitely deserved to. For a few reasons:

1. My weigh-in last week was on an extremely empty stomach. I devoured an apple as soon as I stepped off the scale.
2. I bitched out of half my workouts this week.
3. I ate all my WAPP and APP.
4. Sodium and sweets were my best friends. Triscuits FTL...glad they're gone.

I'm lucky I only gained .4 (and probably only that much because I drank a crap ton of water today), so I am going to try my best to get back on the ball. I do not want to see 130 again. It scares me because this is about the lowest I get before getting comfy again. Hopefully the half marathon on Sunday will keep me in check. I am going to try everything in my power to reach goal #2 come Monday. I want to get my second reward next weekend (March 5), so I hope I can push it out. It will take a lot of hard work and dedication to lose 2.6 lbs. at this point in my efforts, but I think I have it in me - especially with a 13.1-mile run on the horizon. I also take my next set of measurements after this week, so I want to get some good numbers. I'm going to be diligent with my "Goals for the Week" - no excuses.

I stayed at work late tonight because I have a deadline tomorrow and as a result didn't get my 6 miles in. But I am determined to get it done tomorrow, and I will. I'm not going to beat myself up, but it's time to get serious if I want to reach goal. I can't get lax about it now. Not this time.

I also upped my final reward spending-spree amount again. I can afford it, and I think it will help push me that final leg of my losing journey.

The Daily Challenge today was to give myself a face massage. It only took a couple of minutes, but was very relaxing. I'm glad I did it.
