Week 1, Day 6

Today was kind of a fail. Points-wise I did pretty well, but otherwise, not so much. Three VitaTops in one day? Not good. The plus side is that they are gone, and I didn't buy anymore at the grocery store. Got some sherbet instead. I don't feel like I'll eat too much of that.

I slept a LOT today. Aside from being exhausted (no idea why, either), I could barely walk the good first half of the day. I guess I over-exerted my calf muscles on Friday at my class, and all the walking at Universal yesterday must have made it worse. They were sore yesterday but I was fine...then today I got out of bed and almost fell down. It was awful. They are still a little sore but I can get around. Which is great because I had to get groceries earlier, hah. I will be able to make up the 4-mile run in the morning tomorrow, even if I have to walk some of it. You guys should comment with some "I HOPE YOU RAN THIS MORNING" comments. I have to go - have my meeting after work, so INO!

I am excited for my first official weigh-in on the new program. I feel like I have kicked some major butt this week, so I'm hoping that reflects on the scale. It is really nice looking at my calendar and seeing so many green stickers. It hasn't happened in a while, so it's very rewarding.
