Week 7, Day 7

This past week wasn't good. I have been letting personal BS get in the way of my goals, and I do not want to be making that a habit. Yeah, a lot of stuff has been going on with me, but it's not really an excuse. I want to make WW, fitness, and this blog a priority. I think I am in a place where I can do that right now, so I'm excited to really give it my all this week.

The 5K went well. I got an official time of 36:25, which is pretty awesome considering I walked a good deal of it. I think I ran at a good pace to make up for it. Tonight I have strength training and cross, which I'm going to do on the elliptical.

Life has been crazy, but I'm determined not to let it get me down.
