Week 4, Day 3

Current stats.Collapse )

I know, I'm late. :[ This week has been...quite the handful, hah. WW and fitness have not been at the forefront of my mind, unfortunately. But I'm back on track and ready to kill it.

I lost a pound this week, which is awesome. I didn't really count points from about Friday night on and I haven't worked out in 16 freaking days (D:!!!), but I didn't stuff my face, and still managed to lose totally not due to stress, psh. So that is a great thing. I just have to make sure I watch myself this week and follow my half-marathon workout plan - I just made it up last night. I tried to account for times when I'll be out of town (specifically, weeks 7, 10, and 12), so we'll see. It's a pretty gradual plan, so I think I'll be OK. Weeks 1-6 I wrote myself (can you tell? LOL forever at my 1.5 miles tonight - I am going to try and push myself further, but we'll see), and weeks 7-23 I modeled off of the half-marathon plan outlined by Jeff Galloway in the book Kitzzy let me borrow. So we'll see how it goes! I am intimidated/excited.

Fess-up time...I got my size Small dress in the mail on Friday and I tried it on. It fit. And it looked really REALLY good. I was floored. I ended up wearing it out to my friend's birthday get-together because I just couldn't NOT wear it. So - MAJOR NSV! And it's good for the wedding too, so I'm pretty stoked. Now I need to get a different goal dress, I guess.

Speaking of goal rewards...I updated my Goal #2 reward (see above). I want to get this hair cut that I've been drooling over since this cover came out.

Act shocked to appease me. ;xCollapse )

Those of you who've known me for years are probably rolling your eyes that I still idolize Katie Holmes as a beauty/style/body icon, BUT I TURN MY CHEEK TO YOU. ;p I will have mine a darker shade, if that is any consolation. I think that if done right, it would frame my face really well and be really pretty. So that's a goal. I'm excited! I've got a little ways to go, but not too much. I know I can get there in a month and a half if I really work at it.

Not much else. Honestly, I just need to lower my laziness factor. Then I'll be golden.
