My icon describes how I've been feeling lately about this whole weight-loss thing. I'm up to almost 145 - a number I haven't seen in a really long time - and I'm pretty upset about it. I'm getting farther from goal, and I just want to find my motivation and mojo again.

We are here for you girl and you can do this. We all fail and fall short but getting back up again is the bravest thing to do.

Thank you Crystal. I really want to but I'm just letting all these obstacles get in my way. I want to be that strong Jen again who doesn't let anything stand in my way. I need to find her again.

I feel like I'm in the same boat. I keep using the excuse "you just had a baby." That was 6 months ago... and I'm still hovering around 155, when I was 135 when I got preggo. It's really hard to lose 20lbs these days. =/ We are strong, and if we lost the weight before, we can do it again! :)

At least you're aware of it and aren't just like, "Blah blah, oh well." It is hard - I can't imagine how much harder it must be for you with having to take care of a baby, but yes, we CAN! ♥
